这是沙翁《十四行诗》上半部的第18首诗，初读，茫然……不过，幸好已经读过他的一首十四行，能看出他是在赞扬和歌颂他的朋友。打开金山词霸，所以就多出了后面的注释。随之，先前支离破碎的语句，现在竟是如此美妙。因此，就按自己的意思给翻了出来。虽然很多地方翻远了，也没翻出那种味道，但大体上感觉是这个意思。比如开头两句，Shall I compare thee to a summer''s day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate: 应该说，这两句是转折语气，但是如果上句是肯定的提问，下一句就不好转了。所以，我只好把上句的提问给平铺直叙了。又如最后那两句：So long as men can breathe or eyes can see, So long lives this and this gives life to thee. 如果直接翻译，那就是“只要人们还有呼吸还没眼瞎，你和这诗篇将永远也不会被人们忘记”。经过一晚上对这首诗的折腾，加之对他另一首十四行的体会。感觉他的诗透出了一股鲜明强烈的对比，时间和空间的对比，短暂和永恒的冲突，自然和人的撞击，很有力度，似乎可以震撼一个人的心灵。再粗略地看了其他几首，大致也如此。在他的诗歌里，永恒、不朽是主题。现在已经很晚了，只有明天再学习他的另外一首诗！

Shall I compare thee to a summer''s day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer''s lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm''d;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature''s changing course untrimm''d;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander''st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
